Kill The Agenda Slide

Last week we talk about earning the right to talk about yourself.

This week's little thing is all about breaking one of the most basic rules of speaking: Tell them what you're going to tell them...

That's right, I want you to kill your "agenda slide." Too many presenters include a "table of contents" slide right up front... they usually say something like:

"So, today we're going to dive into seven things: we'll talk about the state of the market, I'll review the trends we're seeing, then I'll give you... blah blah blah blah."

I know why this happens, but you definitely don't need it if you're going to elevate your speaking game. So, what's this week's little thing: Killing the agenda slide or slides. You'll be much better for it.
